RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Enzo Padel racket. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• The original item tag must still be attached — products without tags cannot be returned.
• Returns must be made within 21 days from the delivery date.
• Please include your order number and proof of purchase with your return.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

• Used or damaged rackets
• Rackets returned without the original tag or packaging
